Can you really pass this one up? Stop scrolling, this is the cookie you have been waiting for! It has peanut butter, sprinkles, toasted corn flakes, marshmallows, semi sweet chocolate chips, Reese's peanut butter cups.

We are honored to have been one of five bakeries across the country selected by Kelloggs and Tastemade to create a special holiday cookie using Kellogs corn flakes. 

As some of you know corn flakes holds a special place in my heart. I have been making crunchy corn flake chicken for my son Matthew since he was old enough to chew!  I was so excited to have the opportunity to create a big.fat.cookie using a favorite ingredient! 

The idea of toasting and coating the corn flakes was from Christina Tosi.  I knew I wanted to use corn flakes in the dough, but i didn't want the cereal to get soggy.... so we caramelized the corn flakes thanks to Ms. Tosi!

As an added bonus, we use Non hydrogenated peanut butter {making sure you stay healthy while eating cookies}

This cookie is competing against four other bakeries.  The winner will receive $10K to a charity of our choice.  We selected After School Matters  a local Chicago organization that provides safe after school activities and internships to high school kids.

These big, fat, SIX+++ ounce cookies will make you the hit of the office party,  blind date, family reunion, Summer BBQ, Thanksgiving feast, day after your friends break up, or just get them for yourself!

A little crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Our cookies have a shelf life of 10 days, after that we suggest freezing.

To warm, bring to room temperature (if frozen) warm in a 350 degree oven for 5-8 minutes- you will have a melty chocolate inside with a crispy cookie outside!

If freezing isn't your thing, our cookies morph in to a versatile biscotti type cookie after 3 days- simply slice- leave uncovered (yes, uncovered) and dunk in your cappuccino for days to come!

Wanna share?  Slice the BIG FATS into wedges or long slices...freeze the pieces for a cookie emergency (which is now by the way!)
