Since the October 7 terrorist attack launched upon Israel, we are heartbroken, afraid, worried, terrified.
Big.Fat.Cookie has not forgotten.
We have lost 1,000’s of followers.
We have lost dozens of customers.
We have received the most vile hate filled messages.
We pray for a peaceful end to this nightmare for all Jewish and Palestinian innocent civilians, caught in this horror.
We have not lost faith in humanity.
Because Israel is currently literally fighting for her life, we created a special pack using the colors of the beautiful blue & white Israeli flag. We wanted to create cookies that captured the essence of the region and although we love the flavors, cookies made from za'atar, matzo meal, hummus and dates didn't make the final taste test!

Profits from 'Let there be light' will be donated to Magen David Adom Israel's national EMS/ambulance service and to United Hatzalah which provides rapid medical treatment.
