Why so big?
Go big or go home! It's kind of fun to bite into a HUGE gooey, crunchy Big.Fat.Cookie! and the added bonus is...they freeze perfectly and reheat to get that fresh from the oven, chocolate oozing, divine homemade cookie- any time day or night!
Do you make a gluten free Big Fat Cookie?
Funny you should ask. It's a long story and the reason Big Fat Cookie started. Since we are not baking in a gluten free kitchen the risk of cross contact is 100%. Our GF cookies are not be safe for an allergic person or someone with Celiac. So the answer is no (for now)...so sorry!
Are there peanuts or tree nuts in Big Fat Cookies?
Yes. We make peanut butter cookies as well as cookies with tree nuts. Items baked in the same kitchen with allergens are NOT safe for a person with a food allergy. The risk of cross contact is too high. Don't let anyone ever tell you otherwise.
May I customize a pack?
If a customization is required for a strict dietary restriction, lease leave us a note with the order, do not send an email asking for a change.

How long will my Big Fat Cookies stay divine and fresh?
big.fat.cookies arrive ready to enjoy. Eat upon arrival, stash for tomorrow or freeze for a future cookie emergency. Wrapped cookies will taste perfect up to 6 months in the freezer.
Can I freeze Big Fat Cookies?
YES!! Slice & freeze or leave whole. (sliced cookies heat faster!) When ready for a cookie feast, if previously frozen, bring cookies to room temperature and re-heat at 350 degrees for 5-7 minutes, depending on your oven.
How do I reheat my Big Fat Cookies?
If cookies have been frozen:
1) take cookies from the freezer, let them sit at room temperature naturally (takes approximately 30 mins)
2) Place cookies on a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Warm cookies @350 for 5-8 minutes. Cookie outside will be crispy and inside will be melty!!!
Can't i just microwave them? Why the whole oven situation?
Yes! Microwave is an option, although the outside will not get crispy. If you must microwave make sure the cookies are room temperature first!
Is there a minimum quantity for ordering?
One pack which includes FOUR massive 6+oz cookies.
What other quantities can I get?
6 oz cookies come in packs of four, six, eight, or twelve.
How will my cookies be wrapped?
Each cookie is individually hand-wrapped and packed in a logo-lined kraft pizza box, sealed with our colorful sticker & postcard.

Can I order cookies for a large party?
Absolutely! We love big orders. For quantities over 60 cookies we need 3 days advance notice.
Do you make any other flavors of Big Fat Cookies?
Yes! we offer seasonal flavor packs. please check our website at the beginning of each month for new packs!
Can you make custom decorated cookies for my child's bat /bar mitzvah, my husband's 40th birthday party or my divorce celebration?
If it can be put into a cookie we can make it for you! depending on the request there might be an additional charge. We do not make photo or logo cookies.
